Ancient Shepherds by Mark Poynton,
Fen Ditton, Cambridge.

When it comes to restaurants Cambridge has to offer, Ancient Shepherds stands apart with our distinctive approach to seasonal dining.

We’re all about one thing: our carefully crafted tasting menus of three, five & seven courses, that celebrate the brilliant marriage of local British ingredients.

Our tasting menu is an adventure through the season, with each dish thoughtfully designed around the finest local and seasonal produce we can get our hands on.

We’re open for lunch & dinner Wednesday through Saturday,  offering three tasting menu options. It’s worth noting that our kitchen focuses entirely on tasting menus – it’s what we do best, and frankly, what gets us most excited.
